This includes anyone who does not turn in their "Assault" weapons according to the State's definition of what that may be. Google, Virginia ramps up prison budget to prep for gun violations and see what the "D's" are truly wanting to bring to this country. It's not gun safety. It's up to the people to remind these folks what the limits of their power is. I wouldn't trust the courts to do it.
