Someone should make an amendment to the legislation also requiring the state to construct adequate shelter for coyotes also, after all they are a canine too.

What an idiotic bill. Wouldn't it be a detriment to the dog that wants to be outside? With my lab he comes in and out as he pleases. It can be -10 and snowing or 80 and raining he enjoys being outside and for as long or as little as he wants. If I did have a shelter outside he wouldn't use it anyway. Next thing they will try to tell you is that you have to train your dog to use the shelter. There is no doubt that some people are plain irresponsible pet owners leaving their animals in horrid conditions. What happen to dealing with the problems. We as a society are too lazy to do that anymore. We have to make it a blanket statement that EVERYONE needs to follow.

There are a lot of Anatolla and other herd guard dogs out here that would not do so well in a house or indoors. I had a husky cross dog when i was younger that you couldn't drag in the house if you tried ever. Slept in a snow drift when she could.

Laws are getting to be a joke anymore. They cant stop an illiterate poor human from crossing the border and let go the ones they catch, so how are they gonna keep your dog in the house?

I believe he's in Philly, might not be easy to vote him out. Hope they do though.

I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

I think my dogs would disagree with this bill as well as myself. They forgot to add that if the water is above or below a certain temperature, your dog can’t go swimming!! Jeeze
