Goes to show its all about money. Teams with records like these two teams shouldn't make a bowl game. A bowl game used to be special, now they're just watered down.

Goes to show its all about money. Teams with records like these two teams shouldn't make a bowl game. A bowl game used to be special, now they're just watered down. Yea few years back they lowered the minimum requirement to 6 wins because they didn't have enough teams with 7 wins to fill all the participation trophy games. But of course without the meaning less bowl games some COFERENCES would never get to play post season...

VT was ranked #3 in the ACC...Kentucky was ranked #9 in the SEC.
Seems fair to me!

Just watched the KY Va Tech game and what a finish !!!! Game tying touch down with 15 seconds left. Go ahead extra point. Then take away on final play to score another touch down. Ky scored 13 points in 16 seconds !!!!!!!!!!!! And only 7 of them meant anything. Kudos to KY though, that last drive was impressive with 2 4th down conversions.
