Had that here today. Wasn't hail but wasn't really snow either. Happens when it is warm like this.

Without a doubt, we have some weird people here, Must be the tattoo capital of the US. Great restaurants, however. Lots of good brew pubs, but it's definitely a blue city politically.

Yep, graupel. we get it here pretty regular. It's like pelletized snow. I think it occurs when snow and freezing rain mix in the atmosphere.
