A while back some NFL team had him scheduled for a work out and he never showed up. Didn't he audition for a few teams by throwing passes to a guy a while back? It sounded like afterwards the teams were more impressed with the guy catching the passes than the guy throwing them. I can't imagine any team wanting the trouble maker. You would be opening up to a potential lawsuit.

You would be opening up to a potential lawsuit. Yup, in short: The NFL set up a training day for him and had 25 or so NFL team scouts coming to watch him and I suppose make him an offer. I believe a few hours (maybe less) before this was all supposed to happen, he decided that he had to have his own film crew, his own receivers and would not sign a standard waver (everyone signs) in case he got hurt during the tryout. Then he moved the tryout to a high school football field 60 some miles away. All of this a few hours before it was supposed to take place. All of that and yet a few scouts actually did show up but he stunk the place up and came out wearing a "Kunta Quinti" shirt, you know, the slave from the movie "Roots". The guy is a complete POS.

But, I recall a couple teams were more interested in the guy he was throwing passes to than him.
Part of the problem with his kneeling during the national anthem was Goodell. He totally avoided the whole thing and did nothing. Worthless man just walked away and collected his $60M.
