Had too put this mule deer down today. I walked within 15 feet of her. She was suffering the latter stages of brain worm. Called the warden and got permission and so they could record it. We have a lot of muleys and whitetail and from what I’ve read about it this happens where they live in the same place.[Linked Image]

They act dumbstruck then near the end they walk in circles, had a buck last year it looked healthy but lost all fear of people.

Yea they walk in circles and lose fear of people. If they live long enough total paralysis will occur.

I don't think there is any more, you just hear about it now. What are the chances of someone from out of state hearing about this before computers? Often the same story is listed fro 10 states for years saying it was their neighbor that found it yesterday.
