This is so spooky, that I cannot help but wonder if it is fake. I am not necessarily suggesting that it is fake. Its too real to be real.

I can't believe all the threads that pop on here about PH, I remember hearing him spew his anti-trapping propaganda the first time as a kid in 1979. I felt like I had been kicked in the gut, that was the first time I heard someone use their influence on the radio to say how "terrible and cruel" trapping is to a great audience. The man was no friend of trappers or hunters.
I almost wish Paul would put his name in the profanity filter to where it doesn't come up on the forum. If I knew where he was inter, that would be the perfect place to dump rotten coyote urine.

I think that MOST of what he was against was DOVE hunting in Mich. Based on what I have read . Yes he supported the group that spear headed the movement to stop dove hunting .LOTS of people I know that hunt will NOT kill doves because of the bible . The Dove is the symbol of hope based on the Noah and the ark chapters. Heck PH dad was killed while hunting... Maybe that swayed him ??????

I get a big frown from my Mother every time we go dove hunting. So I have almost stopped. Or when I go I don't mention it around her....

That group was HSUS. He also supported PETA.

PLUS he was a BIG supporter of the second Amendment. The man worshiped Ronald Reagan. Thing about Mr Harvey is he didn't let anyone or anything lock him into a "group " of people

I swore off him when I figured out he supported Peta and HSUS. To do other wise is supporting them.

From what I've read this is not the 1965 version... many parts of it are still original but Harvey updated it a couple of times after that to keep with the trends, I read somewhere that this is the 1996 version.

Paul was a man. As all men do, he made some mistakes in his lifetime. Two big ones that many are aware of were his support of McCarthyism(sp) and our need to be involved in Viet Nam. He later acknowledged his support of these issues as mistakes. To bad many of us are unwilling to admit or own mistakes and frailities.
Anyway, Paul was a talented and inspired speaker; inspired by God only knows who! If you believe in God, Country, and yourself; take the time to listen to his " The Testing Time " and " Letter From God ". These messages may change the way you think about your life and what we have here in the United States of America! Gary.

I listened to his broadcasts every day when he was alive. I didn't agree with him on some issues, but moral issues were one area I felt he was spot on and that's what kept me listening.
