Earlier riser i guess. But i need quite a bit of sleep to function. I get up 5:25 or 5:50 depending on the day. Im usually settling into bed at 9:00 pm give or take 20 minutes.

I find that if I take a nap I wake up feeling worse then I did before the nap.

Watch TV or read a book until 11:00PM, then go to bed. Get up every day between 5:30 & 6:00AM.

I am working my way back to being an early riser. I used to rise early and stay up quite late for an early riser and get about 6-6.5 hours of sleep. When my hip pain got real bad in April I could not sleep well at all and I found myself actually getting my best sleep from 6-8 AM almost. I had surgery in July and I am working my way back but I am still now getting up about 6:45 AM to 7 AM but staying up until 11 PM or later. Hopefully as the days lengthen out I will get back to my more long term life style.

When I was working in the coal mine working swing shift it was just whenever I felt tired I tried to sleep. Now that I changed jobs I'm definitely an early riser. It took me about two to three months to finally be able to sleep "normal" again.
