There's been a few dorn dogs on Craigslist for coyote hunting lately. I have seen other decoy dogs offered too. There has been a bunch of hounds for hunting coyotes on Craigslist. I think with the high prices of coyotes, a lot of guys are raising and starting dogs to sell to make money.

L. Craig O'Gorman has been touting the use of Dorn Dogs for the last 30 years at least.

I have some corn dogs in the freezer, not sure they'll help with the breeding effort though.

This is what my Dorn looks like.
The late Vern Dorn from wy came up with this breed to decoy coyotes.
Aerdale, wire hair terreor, border collie, maybe more

we used aussie sheperd to decoy in south dakota,,,if a dog gets much bigger than that it can be intimidating to the coyotes....when on den they will get mad and terretorial and go after the dog thus the herding type dogs because they will bring them back to the shooter.
I think ogormans use of them is ,was more as a trap dog and a sniffer for lost animals also a fighter

border collies are high energy, they can and do run all day long and they are super smart, many times they do things by instinct alone without being taught. Thats why so many herding ,working dogs were bred from them.
