Yep, Cowboy and Holley. That's who I want to win but I don't know if Cerrone can get the job done. I can't stand McGregor, he's a cocky SOB but the guy can fight.

Holm and Pennington should be a good match.

I cancelled the "sports package" part of my basic cable over a year ago. It saved me $30.00 a month. The only pro sport I'm interested in and ever watch is MMA so it was a no-brainer. The neighbor lady works for my cable company and set it up for me. She also gets free cable including premium channels and PPV (all employees do). She has told me I am welcome to watch MMA at her place anytime.

MacGregor has the educated hands but his ground game is lacking.St Pierre was way more rounded MMA fighter than Macgregor.

In my opinion, GSP is one of the greatest MMA fighters ever. And he was never a cocky arsehole like many fighters with half his ability.

And I agree, McGregor's ground game has always been lacking. That's one of the reasons Nate Diaz beat him with such short notice.

I strongly dislike McGregor! To cheap to pay to watch. Have to wait till I can watch it for free somewhere. Dana White is just about the drama and the money it makes him. He doesn't hold any of the fighters accountable for their actions if they make him money. I like a good fight but the UFC is getting to be more about the money than the fight.

Cocky guys gets people fired up either for them or against them and that make the UFC $

But did you ever notice that the guys with the biggest mouths lack the serious ability?

And the greats like GSP, Liddell, Couture, etc don't need to badmouth and talk smack. They just get the job done.

I disagree with that-I guess Cassius Clay was before your time.Its part of the game plan-it hypes up the gate receipts and creates a following and popularity=more money.

He was an exception and a completely different discipline.

Disagree again-lots of boxers are pompous for the exact same reasons.

But its the better talker who brings home the most money win or lose.

It's all about the fighting for me, I couldn't care less who makes what.

I see it's going to be on ESPN+. If you subscribe to espn +'do you still have to pay the $90 to watch?

That's awesome lugnut. My buddy invited us over to watch so I'm going to try to make it to his place. McGregor needs to get rolled and I think cowboy can get it done. I put a small bet on him at the casino last night. Odds are nearly 2 to 1.

Yeah, they're great neighbors. Her husband runs a landscaping business and we help each other out all the time. I've got some of his employees working on some of my jobs right now and during the summer when he's very busy my guys will help him out.

I'll most likely be over there tonight watching.

As I said above, I'm rooting for Cerrone, always liked that guy and he's had an interesting career.

I hope Holm wins which should get her a title shot with Nunes, I'd love to see her win and hold the title for a bit. She's not getting any younger.

It would be nice for holly to hold title for awhile. No she's not getting younger. Her and Nunes would be great if she keeps focused. Holly has had a good career boxing and kickboxing and an ok one in ufc so far.
