Does anyone know much about auto loading shotguns? My X2 is not feeding from the magazine/tube. I have to reach down into the receiver and press on the metal clip to release the next shell and I don't know why

I can tell you from experience that calling Winchester won't be of any help. I had a broken disconnector (a $7 part), in my SX3 after approximately 2 full cases of shells had been fired through it. Winchester had me send my shotgun to the Arnold MO shop, and they called me and said my gun was in "such poor condition from abuse" and that it would cost $300 to fix. They wanted to replace all sorts of crap. It reminded of an used car salesman. I asked to speak to a manager, he advised me on the phone when I asked for pictures of what was said to be of poor condition that "we won't send pictures of the damaged guns or parts, I don't have time for that! If you want your gun back in functioning order pay the $300, or you can have this 'boat anchor' back".
