Finished up a few of these in the workshop ...Appalachian Bow Knife (really a saw) and a crumb board tray for cutting bread. The saw is pretty versatile and super sharp for thinly cutting tomatoes and easier on bread than a serrated knife. Just ordered the blades on Amazon.

Looks like a good way to use the scraps that pile up in every shop. The price of the blades is kind of steep.
Nice work. Sometimes the looks of the finished piece is more important than it's use.
