I'm looking for info and value on a SW 22a-1 that is in good condition. Any help, good or bad is appreciated? Thanks, Sarge

All I know at this point is its a target pistol. Other then that not much.

It looks like depending on what it is they run $175-350 Look on Gun Broker. There is a used one for $175 with 16 hours left, no one has bid on it.

while I never owned one I have shot a few of them.
personally I think the trigger reset is mushy but it shoots fine and it is/was a 250 dollar gun

a few friends had them , as I recall they were fairly plentiful and cheap around 2004-2008 about $250 which is why a few of my friends owned them.

here is the manual http://pdf.textfiles.com/manuals/FIREARMS/s&w_22a_22s.pdf

my friend complained this part breaks the answer is you keep a few on hand and your good to go when it breaks https://www.brownells.com/handgun-parts/recoil-parts/recoil-hardware/recoil-spacer-prod15057.aspx I would order 3 then see how long it took to break the first one and let that be the guide to how many more to order depending on how much you shoot.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
