Sold a batch of 22 coyotes today from the Nebraska Sandhills. Happy with Groenewald and how Kevin treated me. He took the time to explain how they graded and why they graded the way they did. I had 3 $120 heavies, and ended with an $85 average. Had a couple $30s that brought my average down. Time to buy more gear! [Linked Image]

Good set of coyotes. Griz has always treated me good, as you said he will explain the grade for each. As the Beav says, Groeney rocks. Lol

Looks like good fur that was handled well so it fetched a premium!

Thanks fellas. We have a guy here in town that finishes fur and does a good job...I just dont have the time to do it this year. After I got them back from him, I spent a few hours combing, brushing, blowing out and fluffing. He usually puts up over 1000 a year..he was over 950 a few days ago and still going strong.

So would you say furbuyer prices are adjusting up since the two State Auctions?

Please people don't play the BASHING CARD on my question!

$10 bucks, but I heard hes raising prices next year. Im planning to really get after them with my brother next year, so we will probably have to set up and finish all of our own. From what ive been told $10 is low...going rate is around $15. $10 is affordable for a high dollar coyote...$15 starts putting a pretty good dent in the fur check.

15 is still a good deal imo

Maybe less but there fairly well handled a drum would speed that up.

Hey Colton, do you need any more to ward off the Off-Season Blues? I can bring you some to "polish" up on so you don't get rusty.

If you had to pay 10 or 15 dollars down here you wouldn't make much money. I wish we had nice coyotes like you have there.
