Without us, Iran really does get nuclear weapons and their #1 goal is the destruction of Israel. Everybody else in the area would be happy to let that happen. Iran's #2 goal is the destruction of America. Actually, that's everyone else's goal in the middle east but everyone else is quieter about it.
I don't like being the world's police force but somebody is going to be in charge and if it isn't us, we probably wouldn't like who takes over for us. X2

Shoulda left a long time ago and this wouldn't even be an iasue. It's a mess over there and we should just leave them to their own devices. But if you're gonna blow our stuff up, we need to turn your country into a smoldering ash pile. When we break something, isn't it our responsibility to fix it? If we pull out of Iraq now, the country is likely to fall even more under Iranian influence. Jim

I know adam and that's so messed up to me. I have been looking around at stuff and can't figure out why we just don't kick Iran's butt. Everyone says we have to stay over there, I don't agree. I say we flatten Iran and tell everyone else over there to leave us be or they'll get the same. Staying in war is not a good strategy imo.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

It doesn't matter when we leave if they wanted to change they would have years ago. When we do leave and one day we will they will go right back to what they were doing before, hating each other . And blaming all their short comings on us and Israel. It all Began with Abraham's and his handmaiden.
