valid point James, I suppose its a bit of a quandary. my point was I just don't trust the Iraqi government, weather he's a buddy or fellow jihadist they're just trying to get back home or as someone else mentioned a political foe they want to get their hands on. if in fact he's a US citizen then that's a whole other set of issues that frankly I don't know how it would be handled. I find it a bit odd they would want to extradite this guy for killing 2 Iraqi cops,I mean with all the law and order over there... i'm sure there is much worse crime over there that goes "unnoticed" or without repercussion.

Send him back on a drone.

Send him and all of his family, including aunts, uncles, cousins clear back to the stone ages... just get them out of this country.
