Bull elk part of a cow elk , 3/4 of a goat, 1/4 of a pig, a bunch of tuna and rock fish, little bit of ling cod, odd package of deer and antelope and a pack or 2 of chicken legs o 1 turkey plus a few leftovers

Castor, sac oil, deer legs, beaver meat, chicken, pork, 1/2 a beef, venison,ice cream...2 deer hides, Beaver pelts, skulls, Antler & skullplate. Tater Tots ...really cant name all

Moose, bear,meat and hides,wolf hides,beaver hides ,otter skins,lynx skins,weasels squirrels,muskratskins,foxskins,martenskins,fisherskins,skunkskins,rabbits,
Pork beef partridge,fish.

Two big freezers. Moose heart and tongue. Moose steaks, roasts, burger and 5 or 6 versions of moose sausage, same with caribou and bear. Halibut, a few pounds of octopus, 3 species of salmon, rainbow trout, whitefish, clams, 3 species of grouse, a few snowshoe hares. A couple chickens, a bit of pork. Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets, green beans, peas, spinach, Swiss chard, zucchini, strawberries from the garden. Blueberries, raspberries, lingonberries, currants from the mountain.
Lynx, fox, and coyote pelts, and a wolverine. Bread, cheeses, nuts and other odds and ends my wife throws in there.

This made me hungry, so I'm going to go dig out a package of moose jalapeno/cheddar dogs.

one freezer has deer/elk -- one has lamb/ sausage and fish -- one has pork and vegies -- one has bread/ cheese/ chicken -- the other 3 are for trapping uses only. I think i am to the point where a wallk-in freezer would be of benefit.

120 beaver in one freezer, that need fleshing, plus Quart Ziploc bags of drained oil sacs and other must have lure making neccessitites .

this is a flashback to the time my fleshing partner and i were gonna get rich on mississippi beaver.545 of them froze just like that.worst idea i ever had and we actually made good money but i swore off southern beaver right there.
