Do you fellas feed your deer during the spring/summer either by planting stuff or supplements? I’m thinking about starting but don’t know a whole lot.

Look up "Whitetail habitat solutions" on youtube, he has a ton of good videos that will steer you in the right direction.

I put in a clover plot which feeds them all year. I put in rape for late summer into fall and turnips for hunting season. There are apple trees all around the plots and I will be pruning them this week. I prefer to grow forage for deer instead of corn or mineral blocks. Clover plots can last for years with regular mowing. They make spray that will kill crabgrass and weeds but not the clover.
