The other day, the wife said, 'Don't touch this.' She stood a broom up on kitchen floor. I said, 'what the heck are you doing?' She saw it on TV. Broom stood there. After 2 hours she put it away. So what's up with this standing broom trick? I musta missed something.

My sister sent me a picture last night of her broom standing up like that. Asked her what she was doing, warming up her ride?
Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Yup. You all ever try balancing a raw egg? You can only do it on the spring and fall equinox I’m a middle school science teacher. We’re covering the equinox, solstice, seasons, etc. right now. Equinox isn’t until next month. We were balancing eggs today. About half of the students in each class was able to balance an egg today.
I keep desperately hoping that one day someone will call me "Sir" without adding "please calm down" or "you're causing a scene."
