It would not surprise me if Klobuchar got the nod and mini Mike threw in behind her. She is no different than the other Dems,..gun confiscation, reparations, open borders ect.. She does have some skeletons. School unions love her! She was for de listing the wolf in our state. She does have some common sense, and everyone knows it. I personally know republicans in our state that have in past voted for her. She is for skilled union labor, and that is a good thing. Skilled labor isn’t cheap, and cheap labor isn’t skilled. She grew up in a family of hunters and everyone knows that as well. Our current president has done more for gun control then most on here want to admit. Facts are facts. 2 cents, Klobachar has zero chance, she is not radical enough for the people who vote in the Primaries. Bernie will be the nominee or a lot of his supporters will vote Third Party or sit this one out. Bloomberg looks poised to swoop in and be the nominee, but that will fracture the Party and all but assure a Trump victory. None of the current Democratic candidates will motivate the Black vote to turn out in mass like they need and in fact Trump is actually making some small in-roads into the Black vote which would crush whoever is the candidate.

Lot of people said trump had zero chance. We will see. Your right to a point left is extremely radical, but so is the right. There is no middle of the road anymore. Other then Klobuchar she is. Trump appeals to extreme right, as Bernie appeals to extreme left. Both bad options for sure.

Probably Bernie, but Bloomberg might buy his way to the top.
Either one will (should) lose to Trump, hopefully in a landslide. I can see them screwing Bernie AGAIN.Then hopefully his followers will be peed off enough to vote for trump. That is what I believe happened last time.

Klobachar could beat Trump, if she gets the nomination. Buttligeig (sp?) would lose because there is a large bigot vote against gays. Jim

Just think...if it happens to be Buttigieg there won't be a "first lady" in the house and I am not sure if they even have a idea of what they will call it. First F_gg_t....And if it happens, hopefully the last. Best post of the day!

Politics should be a young person’s game. Young people have to live with the consequences longer. So why then, is everybody backing OLD candidates? Bloomberg is ancient! I don’t recall how old the President is but I’m thinking well over 70. Bernie and Joe both have to be pushing 80. Elizabeth Warren is getting right up there too. Klobuchar is younger than Warren. Butta-whatever is the youngest and will probably make it some other time if not this time.
I’m 69 and I know my mental limits. And I do know that if I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but these 80-ish candidates can’t be any better. Or, won’t get any better as time goes on.

Buttligeig (sp?) would lose because there is a large bigot vote against gays.
Jim
A gay black woman would be considered the trifecta of electability in the Democrat party. No other qualifications required.

Interesting discussion , none of it matters much since Trump will win . I wonder just how big the river of tears will be ? Notice how the left is attacking Barr? Trump can blow this if he isn't careful.
