Hey gang,

I decided to check out the Wolf Fangs (been using Berkshires for 10 years or so) as it seemed they are much more durable (reusable). So, I got me 3 dozen by the US mail yesterday and man, do they stink LOL.
It smells like they were sprayed by a skunk, then eaten, passed and sprayed again by the same skunk LOL
Some of these are for anchoring beaver snares and DPs so I don't much care, but I wanted to use a dozen for some fox traps and that has me nervous... should I boil these things or something or am I just being paranoid?

Just happy to be here.

I buy from a nearby trap supplier that also make their own bait a lures and everything I buy from them smells skunky No big deal to me, but yeah just take them to the car wash and than dye them. The only thing I won’t buy through them is wax, because that stuff really sucks up odors.
