Going for wings tonight. I love upstate New York

To a person ignorant of nature, his country stroll is a walk through a gallery filled with wonderful works of art with their faces turned to the wall

Don’t know if I’ve ever had Reet Roaf.

We’ll probably have a pizza tonight, just need to get up and make it.

Those look good Bruce, I love clams on the half shell, or steamed....

Roasted a goose tonight. Stuffed it with sausage and grits, made a nice side afterwards with broccoli. Was good! Actually came out pretty tender.

Oven roasted grouse on a bed of garlic, taters, and celery. Grouse flew into the front of the car Friday, had to honor his sacrifice !

Looks like a good meatloaf Nessmuck….. definitely one of my favorites. My mom grew up in the depression so hers always had too many breadcrumbs, but I make mine without any. Looks like you sautéed the onions first too. Garlic mashed potatoes are hard to beat as well, but for me, horseradish is only for bloody marys.
