Rat_Pack trapper R Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 2,932 NY	Not what we call marsh marigolds (cow slips) either. Cow slip leaves are edible and taste good, but you need to get them before they flower. After that, they're bitter. Cook them like spinach.
