Just finished these Euro mounts today! As much work as it is attaching the lower jaw and gluing it and the teeth together I like the way it turns out. It’s as if you walked up to it in its final resting place and found him laying there.

That one looks different to me JP, it looks plastic like, that's why I ask. You do a great job representing as the pics are fantastic.

Lol! Those furs are probably happy to come out of the basement and be used for once.

$320 worth of skulls on top of $21 of fox pelts.

No boiling and no beetles for me.

I macerate the skulls, then degrease them, then they go into peroxide to whiten, then seal them with paraloid B-72.

Lots of ways to clean a skull, some better, some worse.

Pcr2, give the bottom jaw look a try. It’s becoming my favourite way now!
