Sounds like a fair trade for a well made tool. Nice looking scroll work on the grip. That smith do any hawks or blades? I know a couple that do good work, but if it needs an edge I can make a better one out of bone than they can iron. Same guy made my blanket pin too...I don’t know if he makes knives or hawks...but I posted his business card in this thread.
