They just dumped a bunch in the lake by my house but I would not eat any fish out of there.

What I wouldn't give right now to hear my grandmother, who left us to be with the Lord 20 years ago, pan frying some big old yellow perch in butter out in the kitchen.

Nice fish how much ice do you have lotta ice almost need extension on aufer... id say 30 in on the sloughs rivers and creeks a differentt story

Do you have a trout mixed in with your perch? Looks like nice perch. Trout are known as bait fish as they are not a match for walleyes and northerns. In most cases the waters are too hot for trout, as the lakes are shallow. This is bullhead, perch, walleye and if the northerns have access to rising water, they spawn in these lakes too.
