The old farm trucks used to have a PTO knob to pull out to turn your pump on and then a lever in the floor to engage the flow to raise the bed. Sometimes if you forgot to disengaged the PTO the lever would rattle around and raise the bed on the road. Low hanging power line would not hold you back, lol. Still some dump trucks catch some over passes. Its frowned on by all involved.
