Ice, lots of stretches and proper posture. Took me almost a year to work thru this last episode. I feel for ya! I did go to a chiro and he adjusted my feet, ankles and knees. Only went a few times but boy did it help!
Just livin' the dream...and paying full price for it!

Had it some time ago...felt like someone cained the bottom of your feet. In the morning ,after getting up, I had to crawl to the bathroom..
It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

You need new shoes with good arch and proper posture. People wear shoes long after the shoes lose their shape. I learned this from my doctor.

I've had it three times. The first time I suffered for months because I didn't do my homework. the next two times I was able to alleviate the symptoms with a couple of weeks doing stretches and wearing an Ossur Formfit Night Splint at night.
I still do the stretches even though I haven't had any pain in years.
I highly recommend the night splint if you want your pain gone as quickly as possible.
Eh...wot?

I battled with it for a year. Bought some orthotics and it slowly went away.

Wore Croc shoes a lot. Had PF bad...when I stepped out of bed each morning...dang! Doc said to quit wearing the Crocs. I did and PF went away immediately.
It's definitely your shoes causing it....get better shoes with support.

Man u don't know what u missed there!!! Worst 6 months of my life!!! "NEVER WEAR FOOTWEAR WITHOUT GOOD ARCH SUPPORT" RECOMMEND "SPENCO" INSERTS EVEN IN MY SLIPPERS!!"

does it feel like your standing on an extension cord?
if so yes you have it.
like others said . frozen water bottles , stretching
there are things you can get to keep you toes pulled up twords your knee while you sleep and that can help a lot my doctor made me a splint thing it is a pain to use but does work and I use it when it flares up
good shoes all the time , like you step out of bed into shoes and step out of shoes into bed
replace the shoes before they break down and your feet hurt
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I had plantar fasciitis in both feet, I could barely walk. I went to one doctor who did next to nothing and strung me along. I decided for a second opinion... this Doctor told me I would feel much better when I left her office. Cortisone shot in each heel I did! But she followed up with physical therapy, stretching exercises and ordering orthotic inserts for me shoes. She was aggressive and got it done, haven't had a problem with my feet since!(14-15 years)
Let's go Brandon!

You need new shoes with good arch and proper posture. People wear shoes long after the shoes lose their shape. I learned this from my doctor. X2 worked on cement in a shop bought all major brands 10-12 months tops boots still looked good insides broke down I pushed it a couple times easy to do when your shelling out 2 -3 hundred for a pair of boots but I really paid then

Dr. Shcolls inserts (stand on the machine and let it tell you which one) cleared mine out. Stretching consistently keeps it from coming back.
