Tough on those with bad heath, I looked up that the flu has killed 15,000 so far but the MSM is working everyone into a panic on this Corona virus.

Never heard this before and not sure I am understanding it correctly, can anyone comment on that? On the warm part, anyway.

Around here, they want people to wait till their fever gets above 104 degrees , before they seek medical help.

Probably because warm water is absorbed into the body better.
Cold water will go through you pretty quick. IF you're sweating you'll sweat more. If you're doing the 1 2 mambo then it will expel faster. Cold water probably also causes you more stomach discomfort causing you to throw up.

I don't know why the media even keeps using those figures when they know they haven't even been testing yet. Just heard on ABC that one woman in the nursing home in Washington that died they wouldn't even test ( her daughter said )her because she didn't meet the requirements even thou her roommate had it.
Once the CDC actually allows testing of sick people the numbers will go up and the death rate will go down. Won't be any less dead just a lower rate which is not nearly as scary. (Just guessing )

WA numbers are mostly high risk patients many from the same nursing home, that is also a hot spot of the no shots crowd so I doubt they get the flu shots when they are offered.

The only thing is … how many of those 15,000 had the flu shots. I know a lot of people that refuse to get them. I use to get the flu about every year, but since in have started getting them I have only had it twice and one of those times I had failed to get a shot and the other was the luck of the draw. You must remember that there are hundreds of strain of the flu. and the shots are formulated to 7 or 8 of the most prevalent strains. So it is like spinning the wheel with 100 numbers and there are 7 winning numbers on the wheel and you get one of the other 93 numbers. You can't win them all, but 7 out of hundred is better than nothing.

That may be true, however all of those people had been in a nursing home pretty much laying on their backs on their last legs anyway. Not that that makes it okay that they died but just saying that those aren't really the true odds of dying from CV.

That's a strange position.

I get really tired of hearing that propaganda from the CDC on flu deaths. Those numbers are estimates and it is not even flu deaths. It's a catch all number including pneumonia and some other illnesses. There are only about 500 deaths in the US attributed to flu annually.

If it was true the flu shots last year were not even for the right strain that was out there how comforting is that.
