Good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors too.
Even if (hopefully) you never need them , at least you are not woken in the middle of the night with the thing going 'ping' because the battery has gone dead.

If your blanket ain't long enough cut a foot off the bottom and add it on the top.
If your head is cold pull your blanket over it and then your feet gets cold.
Refer to Isaiah 28:20. While changing the time may not be a lie, I would certainly say its a deception. And how could it ever save energy when people all get home early and head off to all other kind of projects.
