I am not in favor of red flag laws at all. If it is law there, then they need to do their duty. I don't think he should be brought up on a red flag law because they are unconstitutional, he should be brought to charges on threatening sitting Federal Judges, what he said was a threat.
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

he will get a pass and i will be surprised if cnn or nbc or abc put it on the air. hillary got away with mishandling classified documents while assange is being prosecuted in spite of the first amendment. different rules for different people is the reality of the united states today.

Yup he should be held accountable for his words inciting violence BUT red flag laws should be illegal too. I dont feel comfortable praising anyone for undermining the constitution for any reason. Yeah Schumer should be investigated but no one should be treated as guilty without being proven so in a court of law.
Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

IMO they should red flag him. Under letter of the law , he should be , no questions asked.
But they should also put him on the ' no fly list ' as well. Someone who threatens a SCOTUS judge is a danger on an aircraft.

I have to agree the RED FLAG law is unconstitutional, but until it is repealed it is the law and he made a threat. JMO

He should be prosecuted for breaking the law. And censured by the Senate. Going about it thru a red flag law is the "gun nuts" accepting the premise that red flag laws are valuable and constitutional. He should be expelled. I do think the Red Flagging of Schumer points out the hypocrisy of the left and I support their efforts to that extent.
