I too prefer the Can. crawlers.
Lost my contact guy for them a few years back.

The number of worms at my place changed about the time gas drilling took off.
Probably not related but makes a good conspiracy.

Not if you don't drop your cane.

Tony, with all the metal parts holding you together,I'm surprised you can pick at all. You must spray your body with WD40,so you don't rust up when picking.

You would have to bring that up lol

Back in my dumb days I would take some night crawlers into a bar and make money swallowing them with a beer chaser lol one time I put one in my mouth and left it crawl out halfway and then I’d yell out I think I have worms lol
well sorry to say a lot of people stomachs were turning and I had to get out of there cause I didn’t want to get a beating lol

Have great memories as a kid being 8 9 years old living in Lewiston Idaho. We had a little backyard worm business we sold them for $0.50 a dozen. My dad made a set of electric worm prods . We caught some real big ones. I remember one time in a town outside of Orofino Idaho we caught this huge one it was at least as round as a nickel and a good 9 to 10 in Long. Biggest worm I've ever seen. I'm not sure where those electric worm prods went but they sure work great day or night. No worms up here in Alaska really to get out of the ground except small little ones during the summer. What does a dozen nightcrawlers set a guy back nowadays. What are the guys selling them for out of their house?

Worms really come out of the ground when there’s soapy water. Noticed it also when back flushing the pool in the back yard.
