Note our cash prices for today. Corn actually came up a bit it was $2.98 two days ago. Domestic use will slow dramatically and exports will dive. The world economy is about at a standstill right now and with the USA exporting about 15% to 40% of what we produce from milk, corn, beans, wheat and other smaller crops this will take some time. I won't offer any thoughts other than what the cash prices are doing as any attempt to try and give what one feels is a solid opinion is looked at from political angle etc. We will just watch this roll out over time. The real issue with commodities is they are not created out of nothing, it takes real money and goods to produce stuff, unlike social media firms etc. etc. The price can never go to zero like some stocks do. The only way we are going to see big increases in prices is to have very large drops in production due to the fact that if producers need loans to rent, plant and harvest and lenders become cautious there may be acres that may not get planted but that is unlikely. There are many individuals with great wealth dabbling in commodity and food production right now and they will have the leverage to plant any acres that producers can't plant. If we have really low commodity prices we could see some major changes who produces crops, milk etc. It won't take much to be like poultry or pork is already.

Bryce
