Blood sausage(same thing as blood puddin) tastes good,and has a nice texture.You cant freeze it-has to be eaten fresh.It is pre cooked,you dont have to fry it,but I like it fried.Yes its made of blood.
Nothing at all like liver-tastes more like a breakfast sausage.Very good for you.

Like any sausage,there is good stuff then there is not as good.Schneiders made a real good one but cant find it anymore.Had some that was not so good-tasted like it was previously frozen-gets crumbly and ruins the texture if frozen.Now I found a good one again out of Quebec i think.

I’ve also had it with barley and raisins in it but I prefer the regular blood sausage dipped in
Maple syrup after fried. But I really enjoy it cold on ritz crackers with a touch of salt
