I've never installed click flooring, how thick is that underlay ? After a couple of years, i pull all the stock springs of my #3 soft catch's and install the strong Taos Lightning spring kits from JC Connor. I also baseplate and rechain them with inline shock springs. Makes a HUGE difference.

Its pretty thin stuff...maybe 1/16th ? Good tip on the spring kits, I love those #3s and the stronger springs would make them even better. I know Ryan lost a couple gulos this year with them and my son lost one.
