Rhonda has one of those bread making machines. She dumps the ingredients in it, turns it on and a few hours later, it beeps saying the bread is done. Perfect every time. She usually makes it twice a week or so.

For those who are now all hot to trot and wanna give something a go.......this one really works. Not sourdough, but good enough to wean you off store bought for life. Bread flour if you got it......all purpose if not.
Well, we did it but can't get the pictures to load for whatever reason! Wound up with a beautiful loaf of bread with thick, crispy crust. Went great with a healthy layer of good, Wisconsin buttah! Easy to do!
Shoot guys I just read thread. I just pulled some pepperoni rolls out of the oven I made for my guys at the office. I use White Lily four almost exclusively but King Arthur will do in a pinch. Bread making is much much easier after buying my 6qt Kitchen Aide pro mixer for Christmas for myself.
Beer bread 3 cups self raising flower and a can or bottle of beer. Mix, put in a greased loaf pan and pour melted butter over the top. Bake at 375 for an hour. Remove from loaf pan and let sit 15 minutes before eating. It make a heavy bread.

Here is my first try. Only had brewers yeast don't didn't get a lot of rise, and heavy as a brick but nice and crunchy. Was good with my blueberry jam. My order of French bread yeast made it so hope my next attempt is better.
This pan worked great I lightly greased it and it fell right out.
