I'm from Ontario Canada. And I can't remember the last time that all the shelves at any gun shop or store that sell amo. We're so bare. Also most semis and smaller shotguns are sold out. I bought a few thousand rounds just in case. I think a lot of people over here on Canada fear a ammunition shortage becouse of the increased buying in the USA. As almost all our Guns and Ammunition come across the border I have never seen line ups at gun shops in Canada but now I have and most gun shops can't keep up.

Ammo will be the new currency in the future if things get crazy.

Trying to stock up in a crisis is not hoarding it’s poor life management really. Not busting anyone’s chops just stating a fact.

Trying to stock up in a crisis is not hoarding it’s poor life management really. Not busting anyone’s chops just stating a fact. If you don’t have it by now, you may not get it, depending on where you’re at. Should have at least a 30 supply of necessities just in-case of natural disasters. Considering that most Americans live paycheck to paycheck, or hand-out to hand-out, I’d say defending your supplies could become an issue, and the means to defend yourself and those depending on you should be taken seriously. The irresponsible and unprepared are the greatest potential threat when necessities run out. Plus, it’s easier to get a gun than it is to get toilet paper or Lysol. If they can’t get what they need, they’ll use what they can get to take it.

Just a couple of days ago I ordered 10 boxes of 22CB shorts from Sportsmansguide.com. There was 100 rounds in 10 boxes. That ran $80.50 delivered. ($4.50 sales tax) Those are CCI 29 grain.
Most of the common ammo was on back order.

Everyone should have been fully stocked after the 2008 crash . but really what is fully stocked you could almost always find an excuse for a little more I was looking at my primers and was thinking I should get another brick. do i have enough to shoot a few deer with my 308 every year for the rest of my life , yes do i have enough ? maybe but another brick of primers an keg of powder and I would be closer to enough maybe.

Was down at Sportsman guide Sunday before last and there ammo shelf was pretty picked over with all over h”with all the self defense ammo either out or down to a box or 2, I had wanted to pick up a box or 2 to replace what I had shot the day before, didn’t really need it but I like to keep stock up

I don't understand the reason people are hoarding firearms and ammo. a very high level of confidence in their fellow man. everyone is all "you don't need a gun" , till they are in the situation of a changed reality. when everything isn't a card swipe away at infinity stocked shelves. the reality is that they understand you need a gun they are playing mind games on them selves ,they don't have a gun really aren't that interested in guns but are self reassuring themselves they have made the right decision. they are selling the you don't need a gun so hard so that they believe it themselves. they are also the first ones to think about using violence often maybe bot use but think about. don't believe that? why is it ANTIFA and other generally anti gun groups violence and property destruction are a norm of a rally but 20K people carrying guns can hold the most peaceful rally where they even pick up their own trash. when their reality shifts a bit they suddenly flip well I might need a gun I should get one. the sad part is if you wait till a pandemic to buy a gun , where do you go to shoot it if you don't live in a place that you can shoot it basically out your back door. so then they have a tool you really don't know how to use , you haven't tested it or sighted it in

I run a food shelf and have plenty of food. Let em come..... We expect a run on food in the coming months especially with layoffs, etc.

Was in Mills earlier this morning. They seem to have plenty of guns and ammo. Store was quite dead; parking lot pretty empty.
