Probably so the young guy that was making 10 bucks an hour at the car wash that shut down, can run a trot line and feed his kids without begging for food stamps

Just posted they are allowing people to fish without a license for next 3-4 weeks. Residents and non resident. What in the heck does that have to do with the corona virus? sounds like a trap to me ? lol I can see them come up to you and say it ended yesterday and give you a ticket , I do not trust them I need to see a date for sure
50 + years of trapping & some fur buying and i still know nothing.

They have free fishing days and stuff like that anyways. I think the non-resident thing should be a reciprocal right, right? Probably not.
If someone is short on cash, it’s a little blessing to their life not having to purchase a license at this time. May get a few back into the sport of fishing or just taking more of interest outdoors. Parks and stuff are open. Lots of public fishing opportunities throughout MO that aren’t usually crowded. Been my experience anyways.

Definatly makes more sense than a lot of whats going on like the corp shutting down their ramps on Mark Twain reservoir. . If fishing isnt promoting social distancing your doing it wrong . Im sure it prevents the agents from handling paper thats been in sombodys pocket or their telephone if the mo hunting app is used Yeah, right.... I guess you haven't fished the spawn at Mark Twain lately. lol ol'dad
