I got some beans as well but they’ll keep. It keeps raining like it has been and another late late planting season is here again. Fert, tillage, anhydrous, should be starting here and it ain’t. Beans are hanging there

My Friend had 11,000 bushels to haul to ethanol plant, they closed a few days, he's nearly done with the 250,000 bushel contract

When was the corn harvested? If it was harvested last fall and is wet it may not be in good condition now. One could take it out and re-dry it down to 13% or so for longer term storage.
We have corn here for silage and HMSC that was harvested when it was cold and much did not ferment very well. We will see how those crops fare when it gets warmer.

Corn has been up and down on the board for a month or so but hanging around the $3.40-$3.60 range depending upon the day. The real commodities that have been hurt are pork and milk. Butcher hogs have been as low as 30 cents per lbs. in some of our markets. (We are not a big pork producing area). Milk has dropped almost $2. per CWT for the 6 month average the last 4-5 weeks. Production is up and this perishable product is getting hit by the export and the domestic market.

I’ve got 55,000 bu corn and 16,000 soybeans. Corn is 15%, running fans on it once a week.

Waited for trade deals, then the virus hit China. Now waiting for China to amp up purchases. One thing after another and here I am- still waiting. Starting field work with bins chocked full, gonna be busy time soon!

No sir. I really want to go to the commodify classic, but had to stay and help at the feedlots. I wish I could go to things like that, but I’ve been wishing for 18 years. Lucky if I get time for local seed meeting.

I avoid those meetings as much as I can. I do like the free gloves.
