A 70 year old man has tested positive in the home my mom is in. The facility has been locked down since March 10, so I assume a worker brought it in. At least my mom is in good physical health, just has Alzheimer's. The best part of the whole deal is we had to learn about it from a press release. They still haven't contacted me or my sister's.

That's a tough break especially if you look at data on nursing homes that the virus has ran through. Its complete bs they had not informed the residents family.

We thought they would have had the courtesy to inform the family. My sister called them and let them know how disappointed we are.

who was it who said we should just quarantine old people? who did they thing was going to take care of those old people. the answer it would have to be people who are not old and are out in society and will bring it in.

I really am sorry to hear that My grandmother is in an assisted living place and I worry that if it gets into the place it is not good for a lot of residents her included at 91

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

My best friend's dad is in a facility in Grafton, WI where 3 have died and is in lockdown. Stress on the his dad and family is awful.
