Not too bad a book. Some good folks profiled in there.
A lot more of the "heros" are the hippie-type, end-of-the-road type "trappers" from the Upper Yukon area. A couple of them are now living in town and have become anti-trapping and anti-hunting!
Pete I had forgotten about that. Was that"eccentric" guy Wild Miles in that book ? Had a houseboat on the Kantishna ??? What about the guy that took over Alaska Magazine and turned it into a greeny rag ?? Seems like I remember him in there also
