I've had ferrets. I wonder if sables can be litter box trained like ferrets.

However , ferrets can mess/knock things down a lot while playing , they have to be supervised when loose ,that sable looks like it could cause a lot more mayhem. Climbs and jumps a lot more than a ferret.

Cool looking animal however , just don't know if would cause too many problems.

I had a pet ferret named Fred, kind of in between a cat and a dog. He would try and take anything in plastic and hide it. We had a pet beagle at the same time and they played all the time. The sable reminds me of it but is way more nimble and athletic.

I have had a working ferret back in the UK for catching rabbits on golf courses and fields that were to close to public roads to use firearms.
