Gone Trappin. OP trapper G Joined: Feb 2020 Posts: 862 Ohio	I’m wanting to put more swivels on my traps but I don’t know how to cut the chains so I can apply it. I don’t have any welding options or stuff like that. Is there other ways to put on the swivel?, What can I use to cut the chain if I got too.

star flakes trapper Joined: Feb 2015 Posts: 776 MN, USA	Instead of cutting chains, you could put a swivel on the stake end with an adapter and a swivel on the trap end. No cutting, just bending hooks. There is no physical law that says a swivel has to be in the middle. It is preferred in trapping, but in fishing the swivel is by the fish, not the middle of your line.
