Yep, I made my secret recipe meatloaf tonight with beef, pork, mushrooms, onion, butter, cream, parsley, and Gruyère cheese inside, and a little Gruyère, parsley and sour cream on top.

(Okay, so it's no longer a secret.)

[Linked Image]

We had that with some haricot verts and an avocado. We're being good little low carb eaters tonight. laugh

(Okay, green beans. Skinny little ones.)

What's on your TMan table tonight?
I know you guys are going to make me hungry all over again! grin

Just some sausage and rigatoni...and my homemade Amish sweet bread.

Patrice did you carmelize those onions ? I do ,when I make my secret Reet Roaf...

Looks really good(except for the sour cream), but not quite enough salt.

It’s still a secret recipe if ya don’t tell us the recipe.

So what’s the recipe Patrice?

(Send the real recipe and I’ll mail ya some figs!)

That looks beautiful, Patrice. I had crappies again along with a wild rice hot dish I made with venison burger, onions, mushrooms and bacon bits in it all moistened with cream of chicken soup with a bit of Lipton onion soup powder sprinkled in it.. No pics since it is already in my stomach and it won't look as good coming out as it did going in.
Nessmuck, I could eat that too.

I'm just happy to be here! Today I'm as young as I'll ever be and and older than I've ever been before!

Good to see I'm not the only one who don't like sour cream. How do ya know when sour cream has gone bad????

Nessy!!! Riggies!!!!!! Zim and I have been pasta binging lately - man, that looks like a thing of beauty! Thanks for the photo! I sauteed chopped mushrooms and onions in butter to start. Closer to softened, but not quite caramelized.

Lufkin! I was thinking of you! laugh Thanks! Oh- and a little breakfast for supper is always good!

Aix sponsa, you got it! wink

Thank you, MnMan! Ooh, those crappies never get old - and that hot dish sounds perfect!

Hang on tight there, Sharon! Have you had that happen there before? Oh, and nothing wrong with some nice chicken and a salad.

Nice, Paul! That is eating good. Thank for the photo!

Gary, if I have you and Lufkin over for supper, I will make an entire meal without sour cream. grin

I had to settle for fresh baked Amish bread with heavy butter and jam.

More lovely food !

Yes Chickie, they rumble through here every once in a while. The whole Rocky Mtn front is riddled with deep fractures . This one was slight but sustained. Now I'm sensitive in expecting another grin

That is some beautiful venison loin, VH60! Yukon golds, too! All perfectly done. Thanks for the photo!

I'm lovin' the hot dogs on the willow sticks over the fire, Hydropillar! Good stuff! I 'd be filleting up some of those northerns too! Thanks for the photos! Looks like fun.
