Ness it's just dough with mozzarella, provolone and hot pepper cheese with pepperoni stuffed in mini bread loaves, I make up a batch and freeze em. I usually take em out hunting or fishing for a snack. That gluten free dough is tough to work with. Nice...that looks tasty !

Ness, it was great. Tough, crisp crust, toothy interior. The next loaf is proofing to be baked this evening. I have plans to divide the recipe and make bread bowls for ham and potato soup on Tuesday. You can multi task, while the dough is proofing.....Get on that Capote Cape !!..lol

The last two batches I made was the sweet bread, it is very good. Still have one loaf left for this week. Then back to mixing again. I find if you can’t finish eating the bread with in a day or 2......It’s best to freeze. Day 3 it’s not as good for sure. Maybe freeze slices...or 1/2 loafs. Bob...what do you keep your bread wrapped in ?
