Question for Ryan. Are those marks across the hide from snares? I have never seen a snared coon and just wondering.

Well those all help a bunch. Quetion: I notice quite a few boards used, and some wire, and some both type. Do you typically use wooden stretchers on the bigger coons, or both? I know wood makes the fur look fuller, but is it a noticably larger price from wooden stretched to wire? Or just a look of satisfaction?
I would like to try both, and get the feel for it, but just thought I would ask you guy's opinion.
Thanks
Brian

dirthole, I'll find out in a week or two. They get sold at NAFA soon. Yeah your right Dave, I made my loops a little big. It sure is nice to go in the shed and see all of your furs hanging up stretched.

Question for Ryan. Are those marks across the hide from snares? I have never seen a snared coon and just wondering. Ya.. them linies across the hide are from snares.. I think the one thats not yet dry is from a coni since its close to the ears on the neck.
