In one of their smarter moves the PFBC opened Trout season today , The crowds created by holding it on the conventional opening day would've been problematic , Good Move PFBC! Going fishing . PFBC

Surprise surprise surprise
Guess the commie fish commission didn't even stock all of the waters yet. If they did they stock only a fraction of fish they used to put in.

Here in NH...they use to have a stocking report on the F&G web site. Of course it would be the prior week....but they are not having a stocking report this year...to prevent the crowds. They should keep it that way...

It's actually a couple days late here, our was to come in Sat. As for complaining, I'm just pointing out that when you go past a bait shop and there's a line out the door, I don't see how they figure this was good for "social distancing". So stop complaining! Lol Guess it did keep the crowd down around the bridges with all the essential workers at work.

Good.....the power bait boys will "fish out" the dog food fed stinky tank fish and quit going......EARLY! Awesome!
I will now go back to catching wild natives, which almost assuredly means extreme social distancing......
In other words them city slickers will NOT be where I am. I guess stocked fish are good for most folks.
I won't use anything but my own flies and stay OFF the polluted stocked waters.
Gonna be an DISTANCED three day weekend........Excellent!
Keep your boots dry and your powder too.
I remember when a fur check was reality.....now I'm just trapping for the love of it.
Best Regards,
JT
