Yep, it's leftover meatloaf night! Heated that up and sauteed some sugar snap peas and mushrooms, and made a little side salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and avocado.

Just as good this time! grin

What's on your table tonight? I hope you're having a great day!

Looks good. Made chicken tacos tonight just to use up some left over chicken and the rest of the soft taco shells. No pic this time.

Thanks, Hornady! Chicken tacos sound good to me. I might have to make some soon.

Nice choice, Buck!

That's the beauty of making a big bird, Nessy! Did you make any sammies?

Sounds good, Bruce!

It's the poor man's rib eye, DWC! I bought some one day and just sauteed up some pieces in butter and had no complaints at all!

Leftover meatloaf is usually better than the original. Same thing with stews and soups. Nice presentation.

Oh Lufkin! I have a weakness for chicken and dumplings. That was one of those things my mom always made that I loved since I was a kid. No feet though! Maybe they would be a little better with some sour cream on them ... grin

All fine classics there, Nvwrangler!

Why thank you, Corky! I had the sun coming through the window for that one, so the photos were sunlit from the side.

Patrice, as always the meal you prepared looked fantastic. So what about left over meatloaf sandwiches with cheese and mayo? One of my favorites!

Patrice.....

Another great culinary creation. Meatloaf is always better the second day.

We've been eating well here in quarantine with roe buck filets, local lamb and some endive roquefort and walnut salads.

Keep inspiring us to eat well.

Pete
