All this goes to show is how defunct New York is with policies to manage travel and most importantly medical infrastructure. Clearly the state has focused on growing its urban population without supporting it. Run by a moron who was screaming at the federal government for 30,000-40,0000 MORE ventilators when his state only needed ~5,000-6,000 at PEAK utilization. For those saying the curve isn’t flattening you clearly don’t know how to look at data. Flattening has to do with the new cases or new deaths per day as a proportion of the population, but when yo post a cumulative graph, yes, those only go up. Crazy.

I don’t blame Cuomo for demanding ventilators, masks, hazmat suits and so on. When you’re up to your eyeballs in sick people, now is not the time to be complacent. The squeaky wheel gets the grease: you don’t squeak, you don’t get greased and yet your ERs are full, your medical staff is overwhelmed and nothing gets done to help the situation.

You should blame Cuomo.in 2015 he was told by the health commissioner ny had 2000 ventilators,,and should have at least 18,000 incase a bad flue epidemic ever broke out.He could have got them cheap back then,but wouldn't do it.

Squarehead comes from the shape of their head.It is not offensive to a normal squarehead.
Snowflakes on the other hand get triggered from near anything.

It comes from the fact that many Irish names start with the letters Mc.I dont find it offensive at all but there are snowflakes I suppose looking for any excuse to get offended nowadays.
