What business/businesses do you and your wife own?

The kind that the government wants to punish.

Actually my wife has a personal service business, specifically shut down by the state.

My primary business is classified as essential, and I have the letters from several clients to back it up. The problem is I have many, many more clients that are forced closed. That means yeah, I get to work, but, can't earn but a fraction of what I am geared up for. The worst part is the stuff I am now stuck with is ultra risky, putting my 73 year old body in likely direct contact with the infection.

TRex,please go back to that site and fill out the application.I filled It out in about 20 minutes but I fumbled a bit.It was easier than filling out an application for a small personal loan.It is for single proprietoships as well as others.It has nothing to do with payroll.You will be giving them your information so they can get it to you.

April 17th there should be information on how to get your personal check for $1200 or whatever that may be for you.If you are drawing SS,they have your information.Good luck,I hope you try this.I believe it is easier than you think.

Here’s my take on this. An aspect of our “Government” has cost myself and my family an incredible amount of money 4 times in the last 10 years. I’m not talking shutting us down for a couple months, I’m talking complete loss as a result of something they intentionally did. Couple things about this. 1. I’m pretty sure there’s no one here on tman with enough pull or powers within to do anything about it. 2. Just like as American I have the freedom to speak about whatever I want; I also have the freedom to pack up my stuff, remove myself from my location or situation, and move it some place that suits me better. Be it another state or another country. As a non felon, living, breathing, human, I can do that.
I get people are frustrated, I get certain governments from state to state are doing things differently and it’s affecting a lot of people in a lot of different ways. I guess what I’m having a hard time comprehending, is how anyone with a legitimate grievance with the government, thinks coming on a trapping forum and making a blanket statement like “our government sucks” is supposed to change or improve their situation? Sometimes life doesn’t go the way we want or need, deal with it! Literally, do something, whatever you can to improve you and your families immediate situation. But please tell me how moaning on a trapping forum is doing anything to better your immediate situation? Have a good day and make the best of it
